What is this video to multiple GIFs tool?
This tool splits one video into multiple animated GIFs directly in your browser. Divide the full video by count or by duration, or draw several custom ranges on the timeline. Each selected segment is converted locally and can be downloaded on its own or together with the other selected GIFs.
Your video is processed locally in this browser tab. It is not uploaded, stored on the server, or retained after you clear or refresh the page.
Features

- Create several custom, non-overlapping ranges by dragging on the timeline
- Adjust every range with start and end time fields or timeline handles

FAQ
Is my video uploaded?
No. The video and generated GIFs stay in your browser and are not uploaded to the server.
How are count and duration splitting different?
Count splits the whole video into equal parts. Duration makes continuous parts of the length you choose, with a final shorter part when needed.
Can I choose several specific moments?
Yes. Switch to the custom timeline, drag across empty timeline areas to add ranges, and adjust or remove each range.
Why are GIFs generated one at a time?
GIF encoding uses substantial CPU and memory. Serial processing is more reliable for a browser-only tool.
Why did my browser ask to allow multiple downloads?
A selected download can trigger several files. Browsers may ask for permission as a safety measure.
