Timezone Meeting Planner helps remote teams compare several cities and see which UTC hours land inside everyone’s working day. It runs entirely in your browser and uses the browser time-zone database.

Yes. The browser time-zone database is used for the selected date, so DST is reflected when the browser supports it.
